Simple Beef Pot Roast

This recipe rekindles memories of warmth and heart sharing a meal around Grandma’s table.

Simple Pot Roast. Place frozen roast in roaster. Cube and place potatoes, onion, and carrots around roast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 1-2 cups of water to bottom of roaster. Place in oven warmed to 400 F. Bake on convection bake for 3-4 hours or until internal temperature of roast on thermometer reads 145F for rare, 160F for medium, or 170F for well done. Cut roast and serve.
