Ranch Direct Beef Taco Salad

This meal is a favourite of our family.  To add variety, we place ingredients in their own containers so that each person can prepare the salad the way they like it. We prepare extra meat and keep it in the fridge to have seconds the next day!

Ingredients

  • Garden Fresh Produce: We enjoy carrots, yellow zucchini, green zucchini, snap peas, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
  • 1 – 2 pounds of Ranch Direct Ground Beef
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Sour Cream (optional)
  • Grated Cheese (optional)
  • Tortilla Chips

Directions

Brown beef in skillet and drain off excess liquid. Season with desired spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, chili peppers, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Chop garden-fresh vegetables into bite-size pieces and place them in containers. Add the ones you desire to your plate. Spoon desired amount of meat mixture over salad. Add salsa and sour cream, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with tortilla chips.

Serve and enjoy!
